Limited Lifetime Warranty

     For the life of the custom shade, we will repair without charge any part of any custom shade manufactured by us which is defective in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, abuse or other instances outside of our control, including discoloration after exposed to strong sunlight and mildew due to improper cleaning or being exposed to excessive moisture.

These warranties do not cover transport, removal, or reinstallation charges which may occur as a result of defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Island House Classics, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other damage, loss or expense, cost of fee associated with such damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.
